Dr. Renée L. Quarterman is a board certified, award-winning breast surgeon who has served as Medical Director for several breast centers overseeing all aspects of breast health.
Dr. Quarterman has created and grown successful breast surgery practices across the country.

Why Dr. Quarterman
Dr. Quarterman maintains an active presence in the medical community and works tirelessly to promote awareness of women’s health issues. She has served as a founding contributor and editor of Breast360.org, a patient-based educational website created by the (ASBrS) American Society of Breast Surgeons.
Education & Training
Dr. Quarterman graduated from Brown University. She went on to receive her Medical Degree from Duke University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Oregon Health Sciences University. She maintains a medical license in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and California.
Memberships & Awards
She is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, American Society of Breast Surgeons, and City of Hope Clinical Cancer Genomics Community of Practice. Notable organizations have honored Dr. Quarterman for her contributions which include; Recognition of Excellence from the American Cancer Society, the Promise Award from Susan G. Koman for the Cure, the Red Letter Award from the YMCA, a Citation by the Massachusetts Senate for her dedication to community service and Top Doctor, Delaware Today 2020, 2021, and 2022.
