Angela Biosca, Medical Assistant

My name is Angela Biosca and I have been fortunate enough to be a part of American Surgical Arts since May 4, 2021.

I graduated from the Clinical Medical Assisting program from Cumberland County College, an accredited program that is in conjunction with Boston Reed College, on May 31, 2011. I decided to become a medical assistant because I wanted to do my part in taking care of people to the best of my ability.

In the past year, working at American Surgical Arts as a patient care coordinator, I have been able to carry out the duties that have aspired me to become a medical assistant 10 years ago. Every patient I encounter, I am able to listen to their story, become their support system, and provide the proper health care that they all individually need. The patients have made me more dedicated to my job and has helped me improve my medical assisting skills. Today, I can say that I am proud of what I do everyday and I am exactly where I belong.
