Melissa Bartolone, Cosmetic Patient Care Coordinator
Melissa is our practice Cosmetic Patient Care Coordinator. She started with American Surgical Arts in 2018. She has been in the aesthetic industry for over 10 years.
Melissa will be with you every step of your cosmetic surgical journey from scheduling your consultation, to scheduling surgery, to your post-op recovery period. Melissa also works with multiple lenders to bring our cosmetic patients the best financing available.
Melissa enjoys developing personal relationships with each and every patient. She strives to make every patients experience with American Surgical Arts exceptional.
When not in the office she enjoys spending time with her husband, Bob, and 2 boys.
Deborah Lago, Practice Manager
Debbie joined our practice in 2013 with over 30 years of experience in the medical field. Debbie started her career as an LPN at Newcomb Hospital and was there serving patients for 15 years. She then worked in a surgical office as a nurse and an assistant administrator for 13 years. Debbie chose to go back to the operating room where she was an OR Nurse at Inspira Health Network. Debbie’s passion for patient interaction brought her to our practice where she strives to provide the highest quality of care to the patients of American Surgical Arts.
She was born and raised in Millville, NJ, where she still resides today with her husband, Ray. Debbie and her husband love to travel and spend time with their 3 grandsons and 1 granddaughter.
Gretchen Bidic, Medical Aesthetician
Gretchen Bidic is experienced in nipple/areola tattooing after breast cancer reconstruction. Driven by providing a caring and comfortable atmosphere, she takes pride in restoring a natural look to the breast after surgery. As a cosmetic tattoo provider, her goals include ensuring patient comfort, creating realistic 3D results, and helping survivors take the final step of their difficult journey.
Gretchen is a certified member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals (SPCP), is licensed by the state of New Jersey as a Skin Care Specialist, has a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Pittsburgh, and will complete a Bachelor of Fine Art from the University of Delaware in the spring of 2021.
Sharon DiGerolamo, Medical Aesthetician
Sharon joined our team in 2014 after having spent 15 years as an Account Executive for a pharmaceutical media buying company. Her desire for a hands-on career in health and wellness led her to Rizzieri Aveda School for Beauty and Wellness where she completed training in skin care. She also went on to receive certification in micro needling, eyelash lift and extensions. Sharon attended Coolsculpting University, where she received her credentials to become a certified Coolsculpting professional. She has performed hundreds of treatments and assessments.
Sharon comes from a long background of customer service and client relations so her ability to build lasting relationships with her clients is something she prides herself on. She is extremely passionate about helping people reach their goals and her belief is that when people are happy with their appearance, their confidence radiates. You can find Sharon in our medical spa performing treatments like; HydraFacial’s, chemical peels, micro needling, Visia complexion analysis’, Coolsculpting and more! You’ll know it’s her because she’s always smiling!
Sharon has been married for 13 years and loves being a “Boy Mom” to sons Mario, 11 and Dominic, 7. When she’s not at the office making people feel beautiful, you can find her at a baseball field somewhere in South Jersey.
Angela Biosca, Medical Assistant
My name is Angela Biosca and I have been fortunate enough to be a part of American Surgical Arts since May 4, 2021.
I graduated from the Clinical Medical Assisting program from Cumberland County College, an accredited program that is in conjunction with Boston Reed College, on May 31, 2011. I decided to become a medical assistant because I wanted to do my part in taking care of people to the best of my ability.
In the past year, working at American Surgical Arts as a patient care coordinator, I have been able to carry out the duties that have aspired me to become a medical assistant 10 years ago. Every patient I encounter, I am able to listen to their story, become their support system, and provide the proper health care that they all individually need. The patients have made me more dedicated to my job and has helped me improve my medical assisting skills. Today, I can say that I am proud of what I do everyday and I am exactly where I belong.
Brittany Holland, Medical Assistant
My name is Brittany Holland and I joined the American Surgical Arts team in 2023 after spending over 7 years as a Medical Assistant in Dermatology, where I specialized in Mohs surgery. I decided to become a Medical Assistant while studying nursing and fell in love with patient care and working closely with a physician.
As a dedicated Medical Assistant, I cherish the opportunity to connect with each patient, listen to their stories, and offer the personalized care they need. My interactions with patients have deepened my commitment to my profession and sharpened my skills. I can confidently say that I take pride in my daily work and firmly believe I am in the right place.
Outside of work I enjoy traveling, concerts, kayaking, being a dog mom and spending time with my husband and two children.
Mya Dusenbury, Front Office Coordinator
Mya is one of our dedicated Front Office Coordinators here at American Surgical Arts. With a warm smile and welcoming demeanor, she ensures that every patient’s journey begins with a positive experience. Mya’s commitment to providing excellent customer service makes her a valuable member of our team.
Outside of work, Mya enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and traveling to new destinations.
Lindsay Brown, Front Office Coordinator
Lindsay is one of our Front Office Coordinators that will welcome you as you step into American Surgical Arts. With a background in the High-Tech Industry, she decided to make a career switch driven by her passion for helping others. She finds it incredibly rewarding to witness patients’ achieve their goals. Lindsay’s welcoming smile and exceptional customer service skills ensure that every patient’s visit runs smoothly from start to finish.
Lindsay is a cat mom of three to Moo, Meela, and Flint. When not in the office, she enjoys trying new restaurants and volunteering at the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center.
Gina Coceano, Medical Aesthetician
Gina joined the American Surgical Arts team in 2024 and specializes in Hydrafacial, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, Dermaplaning, and Laser Hair Removal. With a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and an Associate’s degree in Business, she found her true calling in skincare and obtained her esthetician license from Robert Finance.
Gina decided to become a Medical Aesthetician because she has a passion for skincare and finds it incredibly rewarding to help her clients look and feel confident in their own skin. She enjoys assisting her clients in achieving their desired goals and firmly believes she made the right choice by joining American Surgical Arts in this profession.
When she’s not in the office helping clients with their skin concerns, you can find her at the gym or enjoying the company of her friends and family.
