39 year old female with right breast cancer s/p right lumpectomy. She was left with a large lumpectomy defect on the right side that required oncoplastic reconstruction. We were able to use her own breast tissue on the right side to reconstruct the right breast, keeping her nipple-areola complex. She also underwent a simultaneous reduction on the left side for symmetry.  Prior to her procedure she was a G cup and frequently experienced upper back, neck and shoulder pain, which was alleviated after the procedure was completed.
