Rarely do we get the opportunity to see a result ten years after the procedure.  This patient had a breast augmentation with 350cc smooth round sub muscular implants and a breast lift performed simultaneously.  She returned to the office nine years later for a facelift.  Her results have maintained beautiful after a decade.
